Learning about genomics can be daunting for adult immigrants from Mexico and Central America (MCA). We conducted in-depth interviews with 60 MCA adult immigrants with limited education to learn how they think and talk about trait transmission. Key research findings and implications for developing informal learning opportunities will be presented.
